Overview Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - YUMA PALMS Join Bath & Body Works as a Seasonal Sales Associate this holiday season. You will be the face of the brand—understanding customer needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Our associates deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth and maintain a positive, high-energy store environment. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, providing demos, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout. Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and visually appealing. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Perform physical activities required for store duties, including standing, walking, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds), climbing ladders, and navigating the store to obtain products for customers. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment by adhering to safety standards and expectations. Maintain company values, policies, and procedures. Qualifications Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Must be available to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
