We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee administrative functions, optimize workflow, and support new business processing across investments, retirement accounts, and life insurance underwriting. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Office Manager will supervise administrative staff, manage Salesforce and other internal systems, coordinate workload distribution, oversee compliance processes, and ensure efficient delivery of client service work. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily administrative operations and staff performance • Manage the processing for investments accounts, retirement accounts, and life insurance underwriting • Coordinate scheduling, prioritization, and job assignments • Operational planning and production management • Implement, evaluate, and improve operational processes and policies • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards • Support client service functions and troubleshoot operational challenges Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred • Associate’s degree with relevant experience considered Experience: • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience • Licensed Service Assistant (eventually required, if not already licensed) Skills & Competencies: • Strong experience scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating staff workflows • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to lead teams and hold staff accountable • Advanced multitasking, troubleshooting, and organizational skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and evolving environment
