Director of Operations Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8am–5pm About the Role We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee administrative functions, optimize workflow, and support new business processing across investments, retirement accounts, and life insurance underwriting. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Director of Operations will supervise administrative staff, manage Salesforce and other internal systems, coordinate workload distribution, oversee compliance processes, and ensure efficient delivery of client service work.
