We are in search of a qualified, administrative professional ready to take the initiative and quickly learn new job responsibilities and become a valuable member of our San Jose Bassett Team. Necessary skills and qualifications include, but are not limited to: • Great communitive skills with sales team and our customers • Pleasant phone manner • Ability to learn company systems, ie. applications for order entry, follow-up, pricing and inventory control • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 • Operate and maintain office equipment • Effectively resolve Customer Service issues- in a timely manner with a pleasant demeanor • Multi-task and handle interruptions gracefully • Ability to work well in a team environment through team collaboration Weekends and holidays are part of the work schedule. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
