Hey Apex (and nearby) friends! We are Bass and Watson Family Dental, a dental team that is actively trying to change the way people feel about going to the dentist. Let’s be honest: most dental job ads are incredibly boring. This one isn't, because we aren't a boring office. We are looking for a true superstar to work at our front desk. If you are the kind of person who automatically smiles when you answer the phone, makes fast friends with strangers in grocery lines, and has a quick wit, we want to talk to you. Why We Are Writing This Ad We are a thriving practice, but we've had a tough time finding our perfect match lately. We don't care if you have 10 years of dental experience or exactly zero. We can teach you the dental part, but we cannot teach you how to have an amazing personality, charm, or a genuine sense of humor. You either have that magic, or you don't. What Your Typical Day Looks Like Welcoming patients like they are your friends walking into your home. Answering phones with genuine warmth, energy, and confidence. Handling scheduling and admin tasks (trainable). Keeping the front area looking sharp, clean, and welcoming. BONUS level: knowing or willing to learn dental benefits and billing.
