We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team and help build the talented workforce that powers our mission at Bask Health. Review, screen, and filter candidate applications to ensure alignment with job requirements and qualifications Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to efficiently organize, track, and update candidate information Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all candidate records and documentation Contribute to creating an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication Support additional recruitment initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment A passion for helping build a talented and diverse workforce
