Bash Creative is an event strategy and production agency specializing in bringing corporate culture to life by promoting and protecting human-to-human connection. We believe that connection is what makes us truly human, and our goal is to foster meaningful opportunities in an increasingly digital world. We’re launching a new venture to equip corporate event professionals with the programs, tools, education, and community they need to deliver high-impact events. The end result: a trusted home where proven playbooks, practical platforms, and peer support help teams plan faster, raise quality, and prove ROI - ultimately empowering the corporate event planning community to have one place to turn while growing their careers. As the Senior Manager of Event Innovation, you will lead the build and execution of this new arm of the business. We value curiosity, heart, and hustle - not just titles or tenure.
