Refining and driving the implementation of the existing IP data roadmap in close collaboration with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities to enhance data accessibility, analytics capabilities, and the strategic value of internal IP data across the organization. Identifying, planning, and managing IP organization IT programs and multi-project initiatives, while overseeing the technical development and maintenance of the IP management platform and data services, to ensure seamless integration with cloud-based technologies and alignment with enterprise architecture. Leading IT program-level planning and execution, shaping forward-looking user stories that incorporate new data-driven and AI-enabled approaches, and delivering high-quality project documentation, decision-making frameworks, and risk assessments using tools such as Azure, Jira, and Confluence. Orchestrating cross-regional collaboration in a matrixed setting, working closely with colleagues in the US, China, India, and Europe, as well as with external service providers to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Developing and implementing strategies to maximize the adoption of the platform and other digital tools, including training, support, and feedback mechanisms. Monitoring emerging technologies and industry trends to identify innovative solutions that enhance IP operations and data-driven decision-making. If you... Hold a bachelor’s degree in (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification. Strong background in the legal or intellectual property sectors, with a comprehensive understanding of technical development, data management, and digital transformation processes Possess experience in consulting, leading, and managing complex projects and programs, preferably with certification (PMI-ACP, PgMP, GPM, PRINCE2). Have high level of presentation, communication, and leadership skills, as well as organizational skills and great attention to detail. Possess working proficiency of German language skills and/or Chinese language is a plus. Are able and willing to travel (approx. 20% per year) to various company locations and international sites.
