Digital Media Buying Strategist (Amazon, TikTok, Meta, Google) Location: Remote – USA Job Type: Part-Time Department: Marketing Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Role Overview We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Media Buying Strategist with expertise in Amazon, TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to maximize ROAS, improve acquisition efficiency, and fuel Barsys’ e-commerce expansion. This role requires both analytical rigor and creative problem-solving to balance data insights with compelling storytelling. Key Responsibilities • Strategize, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Amazon, TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads to achieve key KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversions). • Build platform-specific media plans, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, funnel segmentation, and budgeting. • Collaborate with the creative and influencer teams to develop platform-tailored ad assets that drive engagement and performance. • Leverage Amazon Advertising (DSP, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) to maximize marketplace visibility and sales velocity. • Run continuous A/B and multivariate testing across platforms to optimize performance and discover new scaling opportunities. • Implement tracking, attribution, and retargeting strategies using pixels, conversion APIs, and third-party measurement tools. • Stay current on algorithm updates, trends, and emerging ad formats across each channel. • Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights for the broader marketing team and leadership. Qualifications • 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience across Amazon, Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok (DTC/e-commerce background strongly preferred). • Proven track record of scaling campaigns across multiple platforms with budgets of $50K+ monthly. • Deep knowledge of Amazon Ads ecosystem (Sponsored Ads, DSP, reporting dashboards, and keyword targeting). • Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and supporting analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.). • Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and multi-touch reporting. • Excellent collaboration skills with both creative and analytical stakeholders. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in campaign management.
