Experience: Minimum of two years in an insurance customer service role or similar industry experience. Customer Service Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to ensure client satisfaction. Problem-Solving: Ability to effectively resolve client issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to accurately handle customer accounts and documentation. Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently and effectively. Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and industry-specific software. Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve department and company goals. Responsibilities Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to clients to review their current insurance policies and suggest favorable adjustments or improvements. Policy Management: Oversee policy renewals, handle policy adjustments, and ensure client records are accurate and up-to-date. Client Support: Address client inquiries and issues promptly, offering comprehensive solutions to meet their needs. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other team members to streamline customer service processes. Upselling Potential: Identify opportunities for additional coverage or services that align with clients' needs and goals. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all actions and decisions comply with state insurance regulations and company policies. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training programs to improve knowledge of insurance products and customer service techniques.
