About the Role: We’re looking for a data-driven marketing professional who can lead outbound and email marketing campaigns and optimize the systems behind them. You’ll be responsible for managing outbound and email marketing campaigns for B2B tech clients in industries like cybersecurity, SaaS, and AI. This includes developing and running cold outbound campaigns, building and optimizing email nurture workflows, and improving the overall funnel experience from prospect to qualified lead. What You’ll Do: • Plan and launch cold outbound campaigns using Apollo, including sequencing, A/B testing, and audience segmentation • Own marketing email strategy and execution in HubSpot, including newsletters, drip sequences, and nurture flows • Build and manage segmented contact lists across Apollo and HubSpot • Write and test compelling, conversion-focused email copy for both outbound and lifecycle campaigns • Track performance across both platforms (open rates, CTRs, reply rates, MQLs, etc.) and make data-informed optimizations • Collaborate with internal content, strategy, and design teams to align messaging and campaign goals • Maintain clean CRM data and support ongoing list hygiene and compliance • Own key marketing operations functions in HubSpot—including lifecycle workflows, lead scoring, campaign attribution, data hygiene, lead routing, and cross-platform integration—while supporting ongoing growth experiments and reporting best practices. • Contribute to ongoing testing, learning, and optimization of our demand generation engine Who We’re Looking For: • B2B Tech Marketing Experience: Proven experience running demand generation campaigns for B2B technology companies • HubSpot Expertise: You’ve built workflows, nurtures, and email campaigns inside HubSpot and know how to report on performance • Apollo Proficiency: You’ve managed outbound sequences and list segmentation using Apollo (or similar tools) • Marketing Operations Know-How: You understand how to build scalable systems, maintain clean data, and support a well-oiled lead funnel inside HubSpot • Lifecycle Mindset: You understand the buyer journey and how to move leads through the funnel via outbound and inbound tactics • Data-Driven: You track performance closely and use insights to guide improvements • Detail-Oriented: You ensure campaigns are error-free, targeted, and optimized • Strong Communicator: You’re clear, proactive, and collaborative in your communication • U.S.-Based: This is a full-time W-2 position and applicants must reside in the United States • Collaborative Availability: Must be available during standard business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET (with a one-hour break for lunch), with some flexibility.
