We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our Marketing Insights team based in our Birmingham office on a hybrid working basis between home and the office. This is a permanent, full-time position. As the Marketing Operations Co-ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing team; supporting the smooth operation of administrative assistance across the team and managing central support functions. You won't just be a cog in the wheel; you'll be the energy at the heart of our marketing operations, driving efficiency, and supporting our team's success. This junior-level role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys getting things done, loves variety and wants to build a career in administration or marketing. The hope is that you’ll bring energy, organisation and a positive can-do attitude to everything you do. This role reports into the Head of Business Insights. Snapshot of your day: Be the go-to person keeping our marketing team organised and energised, including scheduling meetings; coordinating calendars; organising team events; assisting with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks Serve as the central point of contact for inquiries, routing communications to the appropriate team members and ensuring timely responses Maintain organised and up-to-date files, documents, and databases to facilitate easy access to information and resources for the Marketing team; and ensure the efficient recording and regular review of client review database to support client listening. Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner, and work closely with vendors, finance, and procurement teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues promptly Assist with budget tracking and reporting to help ensure that marketing expenses are effectively managed and accounted for. Work across the Marketing team to ensure that work flows efficiently and effectively through the specialist teams, and collaborate with Marketing colleagues to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
