About This Role As a foundational member of our product team, you will work with our engineering team and As a foundational member of our Product team, you’ll work closely with engineering and report directly to the Head of Product. We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and business impact. You’ll drive the strategy and execution of our data platform and analytics capabilities, partnering with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure that data is not only collected but actionable. This role is ideal for someone with a technical foundation (data engineering, analytics, or software development) and a product mindset — equally comfortable diving deep into SQL queries or Python scripts and translating business needs into scalable, elegant solutions. What You’ll Do Data analysis: Serve as the analytical engine for the entire company. You’ll analyze diverse datasets spanning marketing, finance, and clinical outcomes to uncover insights that inform our core business and product strategy. We use open-source visualization tools (e.g., Evidence, Observable Framework). Product execution: Translate user needs and strategic goals into clear, well-defined specs that help our engineers build with clarity and speed. Workflow automation: Identify bottlenecks in our operations and build our internal operating system. You’ll be expected to write scripts and build force-multiplying internal tools that supercharge the entire team’s productivity. User enablement: Be the champion of our apps, tools and workflows, writing clear documentation and recording quick video tutorials that empower our patients and your teammates. What We're Looking For 3-6+ years of experience in a deeply technical or analytic role, ideally with experience in product management Strong technical fluency in databases, cloud platforms, and data engineering (e.g., SQL, BigQuery, Databricks, GCP, or similar) Hands-on ability to understand or prototype in Python or another scripting language Entrepreneurial and resourceful — comfortable wearing multiple hats, adapting quickly as priorities evolve, and finding practical solutions in a fast-moving environment Deeply data-driven and AI-curious — you look for ways to apply modern tools to solve real business problems Collaborative, low-ego, and user-focused — you care about impact, not credit.
