Full Description

We’re looking for a fractional Data / Product Analytics Engineer to help us level up our internal operations and product insights. This role sits at the intersection of analytics engineering, business systems, and product analytics, with a strong focus on speed, pragmatism, and clarity. Scope & Projects Design and build new Retool dashboards to streamline internal operations across our EHR, payment systems, and other internal databases Connect additional data sources (e.g., payments, marketing tools) into our product analytics stack, including PostHog Create and maintain dashboards in PostHog to better understand product usage, patient behavior, and marketing performance Partner closely with product and operations to define metrics, answer ad-hoc questions, and improve data reliability over time Experience & Skills 3–6 years of experience in analytics engineering, business systems, data analytics, or data-focused operations Strong fluency in SQL and at least one scripting or automation language (Python, JavaScript, or similar) Comfortable integrating APIs and working across disparate data sources (e.g., Stripe, marketing automation tools, Google Sheets) Proven ability to design scalable dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks that non-technical teams can actually use Familiarity with Retool is a strong plus Engagement Details Fractional role, ~16 hours per week 3-month contract Emphasis on execution, clear communication, and practical solutions over perfection
