Job Description About the Project: The Mistral Revolution Bareco is an innovative venture dedicated to developing ecological solutions for the energy transition. Our flagship project is the Mistral Wind Turbine: a patented, vertical-axis turbine designed to be stackable, recyclable, and highly efficient even in low-wind environments. Its unique articulated blades allow it to withstand extreme weather, making it the ideal solution for both urban and off-grid energy needs. The Opportunity: Business Partner & Project Manager We are not looking for employees, but for entrepreneurial partners to lead the development and funding phase of this revolution. Your primary mission is to secure the necessary capital to move from prototype to industrialization. Key Responsibilities: • Fundraising Strategy: Design and launch a global crowdfunding campaign (Kickstarter/Indiegogo) with a target of €500,000. • Marketing & Community Building: Create the digital identity of the project and engage early adopters worldwide. • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and negotiate with potential industrial partners or large-scale buyers. • Project Oversight: Manage the roadmap and coordinate with the technical team (Bareco) based in France. Compensation & Partnership Structure: • Success Fees: 100% commission-based. A pool of 7% of all funds raised (e.g., €35,000 for a €500k target) will be shared among the active project team members. • Territory Exclusivity: Upon successful funding, you will be granted exclusive sales and distribution rights in your specific State or Region. • Future Leadership: Successful partners will be prioritized for C-level executive roles (COO/CMO) as the company scales. Profile Required: • Proven experience in Project Management, Crowdfunding, or High-level Sales. • Passionate about renewable energy and GreenTech. • Fully autonomous, results-driven, and comfortable with a performance-based partnership. • Excellent communication skills in English.
