Description: Manages critical projects to support and reinforce Talent Acquisition (TA) priorities. Provides support to the TA leadership team in development and execution of major TA initiatives. Organizes and supports the execution of ongoing TA activities. Key Responsibilities: • Assists with TA administrative activities, including offer preparation and file management • Uses excel to analyze data, generate reports and forecast trends • Manages multiple priorities and tight deadlines simultaneously • Streamlines TA workflows to improve recruitment efficiency • Ensures data integrity and confidentiality across all talent records • Evaluates the use of AI to improve and streamline TA processes Estimated salary range for this position is $53531.16 - $69590.51 / year depending on experience. Qualifications: Degrees: • Associates. Additional Qualifications: • PHR or equivalent desired. • Bachelors, lean Six Sigma, PMP, PHR and other relevant certifications are preferred. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work with senior executives. • Ability to manage multiple priorities. • Experience in working on multiple complex system-wide HR initiatives. • Demonstrated expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
