Job Summary Certified Epic BI Developer, EPIC Business Intel & Analytics, Baptist Medical Center The Epic BI Developer will design, develop, and maintain data analytics and reporting solutions using Epic’s Cogito Suite, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, actionable insights that support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making. This role emphasizes building high-quality, performance-optimized data models, dashboards, and reports using Epic Clarity and Caboodle, with a strong focus on data integrity and usability. This position will primarily support Revenue Cycle analytics, so experience with revenue cycle data models is strongly preferred. Candidates with Epic HB and/or PB certifications are highly desirable, along with strong SQL skills and healthcare analytics experience.
