Job Summary Certified Epic BI Developer, EPIC Business Intel & Analytics, Baptist Medical Center The Epic BI Developer will design, develop, and maintain data analytics and reporting solutions using Epic’s Cogito Suite, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, actionable insights that support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making. This role emphasizes building high-quality, performance-optimized data models, dashboards, and reports using Epic Clarity and Caboodle, with a strong focus on data integrity and usability. This position will primarily support Revenue Cycle analytics, so experience with revenue cycle data models is strongly preferred. Candidates with Epic HB and/or PB certifications are highly desirable, along with strong SQL skills and healthcare analytics experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming complex healthcare data into meaningful outcomes while collaborating effectively across technical and business teams. Approved Remote Locations: AL, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, LA, MS, NC, OH, OK, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WV, WY As a Certified Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for: • This role is responsible for build and testing of the full suite of Epic Cogito reporting tools including self-service tools (SlicerDicer), dashboards (Radar), reports (Reporting Workbench), and extracts (SQL, Extract Framework, Clarity, Caboodle). • They will learn Epic's capabilities and functional use, and apply their experiential knowledge in the build, testing, implementation, and long-term support of the Epic analytics tools • Reporting to a centralized analytics team but will be matrixed with one or more application-specific teams to ensure integration of workflows and analytics The Certified Business Intelligence Developer will be a fully remote role In approved states.
