Accountable for the quality and timely completion of project analysis. May be accountable for the tracking of the tactics for achieving key activities for the process or projects. Accountable for the analysis, tracking, and improvement recommendations in the design, development or implementation. Responsible for the on-going analysis of the process and metrics.
