Essential Job Duties Our Payroll Implementation Team is a fantastic group of caring and authentic people who thrive on open and genuine connections with others! We love helping our clients feel successful and empowered as they transition to BambooHR's payroll system. As a Payroll Project Manager, you'll work on the forefront of client success, guiding new customers through their complete payroll implementation journey and serving as their dedicated implementation partner during this critical transition.. You'll have the opportunity to hone your project management skills, master complex payroll systems, and be a positive influence for businesses across various industries. Sounds pretty cool, right? You will: • Guide clients simultaneously through comprehensive payroll implementations over 3-week periods • Set up new client accounts in BambooHR Payroll system with meticulous attention to detail • Train clients to become confident BambooHR payroll experts through hands-on coaching • Clean, validate, and import complex client payroll data including QTD/YTD financials, deductions, and tax information • Hold clients accountable to implementation timelines while maintaining positive, supportive relationships • Troubleshoot system and process issues independently, using your problem-solving skills • Manage detailed project plans, track milestones, and communicate progress regularly with leadership • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless client experiences and identify process improvements • Do your best, focused work, with a collaborative and supportive team What You Need to Get the Job Done In the Payroll Project Manager role, you will engage in extensive client interactions, providing expert guidance on payroll system implementation while ensuring compliance with tax regulations and proper data migration.
