Join us in improving lives during pivotal care moments! Summary: The Senior FP&A Manager will report directly to the Vice President, FP&A, and serve as a key strategic partner to senior leadership. This role will lead the development and presentation of critical financial analysis, forecasts, and performance insights to inform business strategy and operational excellence. What You’ll Do: Lead preparation and presentation of variance analyses comparing actual results to historical trends, budgets, and forecasts. Partner with senior leadership to develop, manage, and refine monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts and budgets. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting by monitoring forecast performance, identifying key business drivers, and providing clear, actionable commentary. Support the preparation of Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A), Board presentations, and other internal and external reports. Build strong relationships with business leaders, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and provide data-driven recommendations to guide decision-making. Develop and maintain long-term financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis. Conduct ad-hoc financial and operational analyses to evaluate business initiatives and investment opportunities. Continuously enhance financial processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and strengthen data integrity across systems (ERP, BI tools, and related platforms). What Success Looks Like… In 3 months: Develop a deep understanding of Bamboo Health’s business model, financial structure, and strategic priorities. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to align on shared goals and priorities. Deliver accurate and insightful monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including detailed variance analysis and performance insights. In 6 months: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the key business drivers influencing Bamboo Health’s financial performance. Deliver high-quality ad-hoc financial analyses that effectively inform strategic and operational decision-making. In 12 months: Lead and manage the company’s annual budget process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets. Be recognized as a trusted strategic partner to leadership, providing proactive insights and recommendations that shape business direction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting. 8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field. Proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. Highly organized with exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Experience with Salesforce.com, Adaptive Planning, or NetSuite preferred, but not required. Demonstrated success in high-growth or rapidly evolving environments. Forward-thinking and curious, with a passion for leveraging new technologies, including AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot). Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with strong virtual collaboration skills. Willingness to travel periodically for team meetings or business needs.
