In the role of Senior Associate, Investment Compensation, the employee will be responsible for the following: • Assisting with the year-end portfolio management compensation process (preparation and review of year-end payout sheets) • Leading or assisting in projects to improve dynamic reporting, dashboarding, and financial modeling • Key player in enhancing the PM Payout automation process (system and reporting enhancements • Partnering with legal to review complex employment contracts • Partnering with business development to produce compensation related analytics as requested • Partnering with various groups across the business to assist in compensation related planning (comp structures, mock payout calculations, compensation forecasting) • Helping support the strategy business leads with compensation planning and requests. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: In order to effectively represent the Company and communicate with clients, the employee must be someone who has: • Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills • A process improvement mindset • Proven to be a self-starter with the ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to multi-task time across time sensitive deliverables and project work • A team player mentality • Experience maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information • Strong Excel skills EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: • 5+ years of consulting, banking, compensation, or corporate finance experience • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Experience designing, building, and maintaining ICM and/or SPM systems (Anaplan, Varicent, Xactly, etc.) preferred • Hedge Fund and investment manager experience preferred
