Does playing a pivotal role in people’s once-in-a-lifetime celebrations sound exciting to you? At Balloon Artisan, we are passionate about taking our clients' events to a whole new level through unique and unforgettable balloon decorations. You don't have to be clocked in and working for those events but you do need to be reachable via your company phone during the times you have events. This position is 100% remote work Career Advancement: We hire hungry, motivated and ambitious people at Balloon Artisan. This is not the place for someone who wants to find a predictable job and do the same thing day after day for years. Your job will be constantly evolving and changing. This position (RPEC) is considered the gateway onto the Balloon Artisan team. Everyone who joins the team starts here. Once they have proven they are a high performer and that they are getting strong sales while maintaining quality standards, the next step in the company is to become a Remote Event Coordinator (REC). Our REC's primarily plan clients for our corporate clients whereas an RPEC (this role) plans them for our private clients (birthdays, baby showers, graduations, etc). The promotion to a REC comes with both a salary increase and bonus potential increase. From the REC role, there are 2 paths that a team member can progress down. Path 1: If their skills are better suited to be an individual contributor, they can take the path of a Senior REC. A Senior REC focuses on existing clients and outbound outreach to help grow our clientele base. (Earning potential for this role will be around $110k-$130k) Path 2: If the team member's skills are better suited to go down the management path, the next step after REC would be to become an Operations Manager. The earning potential for this role is around $100k-$120k. As we all work together to grow Balloon Artisan, more opportunities will open up for all of us. But we need the goal-oriented and hungry team members to help make that happen.
