Description Driver - Sprinter Van (CDL Not Required) $19 per hour + OT We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Delivery Driver to operate a sprinter van safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will adhere to all federal, state, and local driving regulations while delivering exceptional service to our customers. What We Offer: • Competitive hourly pay • Paid overtime • Free medical, dental and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Free life insurance • Career advancement opportunities Responsibilities: • Safely operate a sprinter van to complete scheduled deliveries • Follow assigned routes and maintain high standards of customer service • Accurately count and verify products during loading and delivery • Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers regarding service needs or issues • Handle credit slips and collect cash payments when applicable • Complete trip records and delivery paperwork (must be able to do so in English) • Lift, push, or move products weighing up to 100 lbs. as needed Requirements: • Minimum 1 year driving experience • Valid driver's license (held for at least one year) • No more than 4 points on your license in the last 36 months • No more than 2 license suspensions in the last 36 months • No DUI/DWI convictions • Ability to pass aptitude & road test, along with a pre-employment drug test • Must obtain a DOT Medical Card before starting work Join our team and be part of a company that values quality, service, and its employees.
