We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. Position Overview The Front Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a positive and professional first impression. The successful candidate will have at least two years of administrative and patient-facing experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in customer service and sales. This role requires someone who can take initiative, problem-solve effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a busy setting. Key Responsibilities • Front Office Management: Greet and check in patients, manage and optimize appointment scheduling, and handle daily front desk operations efficiently. • Patient Relations: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing patient needs promptly, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the service process. • Sales & Upselling: Educate and inform patients about our range of services, promotions, and packages; proactively upsell appropriate treatments and products. • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records, process payments, and coordinate with the clinical team to optimize scheduling. • Problem-Solving & Efficiency: Identify and address potential operational issues, coordinate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth patient experience. • Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple priorities—phone calls, patient check-ins/check-outs, and general administrative tasks—in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a patient-facing role. • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems independently, and adapt to shifting priorities. • Proven track record in sales or upselling services/products. • Proficiency with scheduling software and general computer applications. • High level of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.
