Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting daily operations within a manufacturing facility by performing a variety of physical tasks, including material handling, equipment operation, and assembly support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and develop mechanical skills. Responsibilities • Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of materials using hand tools and power tools • Operate forklifts safely to transport goods within the warehouse or manufacturing area • Support assembly line activities by assembling components and parts as directed • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency • Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance • Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or injuries • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines • Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and verifying stock levels Requirements • Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred • Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes • Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire • Experience working in a warehouse environment is advantageous • Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly and stand for extended periods • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team If you are motivated, dependable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply today.
