Due to growth we are looking for an experienced Light Industrial/Manufacturing Recruiter who can work on high volume, enterprise clients. This is a fast paced, nimble environment with opportunity to support bulk hiring for well-known companies across Temp, Temp2Hire and Direct Hire. Hours are 8am-5pm with some expected longer days during peak periods. Positions you may recruit for include high volume Warehouse and Distribution positions, Commercial and Production positions, Machine Operators, Assemblers, Test Technicians and Maintenance Techs. Responsibilities • Build solid pipelines of talent in the above skillsets for placement with our clients. • Connect in the local community to reach talent and build networks. • Be comfortable in a high outreach position - conducting calls and screenings via phone or in person at the Branch. • Work cross functionally with Account Managers, Program Managers and Onsite Leads to deliver qualified candidates to open positions in an efficient and urgent manner. • Take pride in your candidate outreach, providing updates and timely communication. • Meet weekly KPIs and Gross Profit Targets. Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years experience in a staffing agency environment within Light Industrial, Manufacturing or Skilled Trades recruitment. • Experience working with different recruitment models - Temp, Temp to Hire and Direct Hire • Ability to provide clear detail about clients, positions and USPs. • High-energy, passion and motivation to help talent find appropriate work and delivering a top-notch service to our clients. • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas What do we offer? • Market based hourly rate compensation plus a strong commission structure up to 15% (uncapped) and ability to achieve a strong OTE based on performance. • 15+ days PTO + 10 public holidays • 401K + 2% company match • Medical, Dental and Vision insurance + ability to cover dependents on your plan. • Spot bonuses and prizes throughout the years. • Ability to join our Annual President's Club • Monthly team building events and group activities. • An unrivalled culture, solid support system and a chance to work with a phenomenal team.
