Job Description: Baker Tilly seeks a Transformation Senior Consultant to support execution of large-scale organizational transformation across the firm’s top strategic priorities. This role is part of our Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) and will operate at the direction of other ETO team members and various firm leaders and key stakeholders, to support delivery of key initiatives across the firm. This role focuses on execution across multiple service offerings and developing assigned deliverables on projects. The ETO serves the firm through providing transformational capabilities across several service offerings (e.g., Strategy and Solutioning, Program & Project Management, Process Excellence and Change Management) and supporting development of such capabilities throughout the firm. The Transformation Senior Consultant, as a member of the ETO team, will demonstrate a foundational understanding of organizational transformation, including ability to execute across projects and change management methodologies. They will leverage our organizational transformation methodology and associated toolkit to successfully deliver in assigned project roles, meeting or exceeding stakeholders’ expectations. The Transformation Senior Consultant is expected to be able to work effectively in a team setting, taking direction from project leadership and working collaboratively with other functional and technical resources, external contractors and vendor resources, based on the nature of the project. In this role, they will be responsible for understanding objectives and identified scope for each assigned transformation project and executing in their assigned role successfully. This may include supporting and executing multiple transformation projects concurrently, based on capacity. We are looking for someone with some experience in a transformation role, whether client facing or internal, who can support the execution of ambitious, complex, and multifaceted transformation initiatives, including people, process, and technology redesign and behavior change. Responsibilities Support project execution in designated role and help drive intended value creation and realization. Leverage and execute project and change management methodologies in assigned transformation project roles. Support efforts to evolve program, project and change management best practices to advance the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) methodology, along its desired maturity path. Collaborate effectively with other transformation project resources, both those in the ETO and across the organization, to support driving collective success. Support ETO team through additional responsibilities as identified. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, emphasis in Business, organizational design, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, including demonstrated success in supporting successful projects and fostering collaboration in a virtual environment; experience in a professional services setting preferred. Formal training or certification in project and change management methodologies and approaches desired (e.g., PMP, CSM) preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. The compensation range for this role is $78,190 to $148,230. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
