Here are your primary responsibilities: Manage daily cash positioning and ensure proper funding of accounts. Perform cash reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy. Develop and maintain cash forecasts to support liquidity planning and decision-making. Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and forecasted cash flows. Draft and maintain Treasury processes, procedures, and internal documentation for consistency and knowledge sharing. Manage the Treasury group email inbox, including template approvals, wire requests and ad hoc queries. In conjunction with the Manager, prepare, analyze and present to management the monthly and quarterly Treasury financial reports including cash, debt, bank fees, interest expense, cash flow and debt covenant reporting. Liaise between external banks and internal business customers to address bank compliance needs and support commercial requests for banking services such as opening/closing bank accounts, KYC, legal documentation updates and letters of credit. Generate and analyze ad hoc reports to provide insights into cash flow, funding needs, and financial performance. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to senior management. Deliver high service level to internal customers, ranging from HR, Tax, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Accounts Receivable and Audit. Assist with transaction services within the banking platform (JPM Access), such as setting up wire payments, templates, populate payments, draft checks, FX trades. Facilitate bank-related inquiries, ranging from payment confirmations to returned payments, special check handling. What is Needed to be Successful in this Role (Required Skills/Abilities): Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. Understanding of cash management, forecasting and treasury payments. Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. General knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in global treasury or finance operations. Proficiency in SAP and Treasury Management Systems (such as Kyriba). Experience working within a multinational or manufacturing company.
