You will lead internal communications across the sector, advising senior leaders, managing executive messaging, and shaping employee engagement through town halls, newsletters, intranet content, and other internal channels. At the same time, you will ensure our narrative reaches external audiences—reinforcing sector priorities, mission, and impact. Reporting to the Vice President of Communications, you will guide the overall sector story, drive core messaging, and lead a small content team producing high-quality written and visual content that keeps internal and external communications cohesive, strategic, and aligned. This role is central to how we communicate and engage across the sector. You will help build modern communication capabilities that strengthen culture, improve employee alignment, and enhance our presence with customers and stakeholders. Content & Channel Leadership (Internal + Owned External) Lead content strategy and governance across internal platforms (intranet, newsletters) and external channels (website, LinkedIn, X, YouTube). Translate complex technical topics into accessible narratives for internal and external audiences. Maintain editorial standards and a unified voice across all communication platforms. Partner with Marketing Communications, Business Winning, and technical teams to prioritize and deliver high-value content. Execution & Collaboration Serve as a player-coach: drive strategy while contributing hands-on to content creation. Lead and mentor a small content team producing written, visual, and digital assets. Collaborate across the sector and company to ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality messaging. Support issues, change, and sensitive communications with clear guidance and sound judgment. Maintain strong cross-functional relationships to anticipate communication needs and ensure readiness. Required Education, Experience, & Skills 8–10 years in internal communications, executive communications, organizational communications, corporate communications, or digital content. Experience managing website and social media channels, integrating content across platforms. Leadership experience guiding content creators or small teams.
