Job Description: • Creates pricing strategies and proposals tailored to capturing maximum market share on the largest projects in North America. • Serves as executive point of contact for clients during all pre-award phases, including early design, value engineering, and proposal negotiation. • Acts as the post-award executive sponsor, ensuring alignment between the client and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Provides clients with regular performance updates and KPI dashboards aligned to project success metrics, while maintaining executive visibility through senior leadership reporting. • Oversees pursuit intelligence gathering, competitor benchmarking, and win strategy development. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 5+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or project management. • Proven success in managing complex sales initiatives and strategic accounts. • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. • Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and data analysis platforms.
