Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Customer Coordinator to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping to ensure they have an outstanding experience from the moment they connect with us until their visit concludes. You’ll coordinate reservations, handle customer inquiries, manage waitlists, and work closely with our kitchen and bar staff to keep everything running smoothly, all from your remote location. Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and assist with seating arrangements (via phone or online). • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently through remote communication channels. • Address customer questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. • Coordinate with servers, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure timely service. • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions. • Assist with event planning and special promotions as needed. • Collect and record customer feedback to help improve service. • Handle occasional cash register duties and POS operations remotely when applicable. • Support the team with general administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: • Must be authorized to work in the USA. • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant coordination preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. • Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet access. • Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus. • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
