About the Role We are seeking a proactive and skilled Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing technology stack and operational processes. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic execution and optimization of marketing automation (primarily HubSpot) and its integrations to drive demand generation, enhance customer engagement, and accelerate pipeline. You will leverage your expertise as an Individual Contributor to manage and scale key components of our marketing technology to ensure processes are efficient and data is accurate. This role requires a professional who can bring best-practice operational strategy derived from managing sophisticated marketing automation platforms, particularly around lifecycle campaigns, lead nurturing, and MarTech integration. You will be a trusted partner to the Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams, translating strategy into scalable technical solutions. What You'll Do: Campaign and Automation Excellence: Design, build, and optimize complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns, automated workflows, and nurture streams within HubSpot. This includes directing the optimization of email nurtures and launching A/B testing initiatives. Lead Lifecycle Management: Contribute to the definition, management, and optimization of the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including lead scoring, routing, and segmentation processes to ensure alignment with Sales and RevOps. MarTech Stack Management & Integration: Actively manage and support the maintenance and optimization of our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and its critical integrations with the CRM and other MarTech tools. Experience with live and virtual event technologies is highly valued for automating post-event and lead workflows. Data Integrity and Governance: Contribute to maintaining the health and quality of our marketing database, supporting data governance and best practices across all systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Reporting and Analytics Enablement: Partner with GTM Analytics to ensure proper tracking and instrumentation for marketing campaigns. Assist in the development of operational reports and dashboards within HubSpot and collaborate on reporting needs from platforms like Tableau and Salesforce to provide timely performance metrics, informing campaign optimization and strategic decisions. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and support the streamlining of marketing operations processes to maximize efficiency and scale our capabilities. The Right Fit: Experience: 5+ years working in a dedicated Marketing Operations role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment. HubSpot Expertise: 3+ years of advanced, hands-on experience as an administrator and power user of HubSpot, including workflows, campaign execution, and reporting. Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems architecture, data flows, and best practices. Experience with multiple MA platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and database migration is a strong asset. Data Acumen: Strong analytical skills with a focus on marketing funnel performance, campaign performance, and translating raw data into actionable insights. Collaboration: Proven ability to partner closely with Demand Generation, Sales Operations, and cross-functional teams to align systems and processes. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical processes and data requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Sharp attention to detail and a highly proactive, organized approach to managing multiple projects and interdependent deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related quantitative field is preferred. Bonus Points For: Experience with Salesforce objects and reporting, particularly related to the Marketing-to-Sales handover process. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with other marketing technologies, such as intent data, ABM platforms, and data enrichment tools. Experience developing lifecycle-triggered communications such as in-app messaging. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
