Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential clients across various industries. • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies through warm calling, telemarketing, and marketing initiatives. • Engage prospects with compelling communication to introduce our products/services and understand their needs. • Manage and update CRM software to track leads, interactions, and sales pipeline activities accurately. • Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and facilitate smooth transitions from prospect to customer. • Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and establish long-term business relationships. • Conduct technical sales presentations tailored to client requirements, emphasizing product benefits and solutions. • Support marketing efforts by providing insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence. • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, ensuring excellent customer service standards are upheld. Requirements • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales roles. • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms. • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. • Experience with telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques. • Knowledge of marketing strategies related to lead generation and business development. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively within a team environment. • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship management. • Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships.
