As the Senior Manager, Customer Marketing On-Premise National Accounts you will be accountable for executing against the company’s On-Premise vision to action and strategic development plan for growth in the On-Premise. You will work cross-funtionally with NAOP, Brand Teams, and the wider Customer Marketing team, focused on creating and executing the best plans and programs for the right brands, in the right markets, with the right customers in alignment with the company’s On-Premise strategy. This is a Coral Gables based role. RESPONSIBILITES Act as a strategic business partner for NAOP On-Premise customer teams, leading planning efforts with Sales, Insights, and Brand to align on commercial priorities. Support the development and execution of customer marketing programs that translate brand strategy into impactful tools, programming, and activations. Oversee creative and activation agencies to deliver unique, customer-first ideas and execute programming across channels. Lead the measurement and evaluation of NAOP On-Premise programs. Manage the NAOP customer RFP process for the top national On-Premise customers Implement and leverage technology solutions to monitor execution and performance against KPIs. Identify and act on On-Premise trends to fuel growth, customer engagement, and programming opportunities. Align key stakeholders around channel priorities and initiatives. Translate commercial insights into effective merchandising and promotional standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with NRS Customer Marketing to uncover synergies in programming and customer presentations. Provide leadership and development for direct report(s), ensuring progress on functional, leadership, and personal KPIs. Foster team culture by developing talent, setting a clear vision, aligning around ambitious goals, and rewarding high performance. Support program creation for Control States. SKILLS 5+ years Customer Marketing experience A strong understanding of the On-Premise channel and its trade dynamics. Strong customer focus and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to create programs that drive results. Experience working with external agencies building customer programs. A versatile and collaborative leader who effectively manages the matrix. Flexibility in quickly responding to changing business needs, a sense of accountability and commitment to putting strategy into action, and strong community-orientation and responsibility. Entrepreneurial, think-outside-the box, and creative mindset. Past people management and customer marketing experience is a plus. Proficiency in PowerPoint.
