BA Global Talent is seeking a remote Designer & Social Media Manager based in LATAM or The Caribbean, to join a growing company that values strong visual identity, autonomy, and high-quality digital presence. This role is ideal for a visually driven professional who can independently design, manage, and publish social media content while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines. The position combines hands-on design execution with social media management, requiring a candidate with a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Social Media Design & Management • Design high-quality visual assets for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact • Create, manage, and publish social media posts autonomously • Build and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting • Adapt visual content based on feedback while aligning with established brand guidelines Content Execution & Collaboration • Take ownership of assigned social media content from concept to publication • Ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, and visual details across all content • Collaborate with internal team members and communicate progress clearly • Occasionally communicate with clients via Slack or written messages Qualifications: • Proven experience designing and publishing content on social media platforms • Strong graphic design skills, particularly for social media content • Portfolio required; demonstrated design ability is more important than years of experience • Open to junior or early-career candidates with strong, proven design competence • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools) • Experience using social media platforms and scheduling tools • Professionalism and strong team collaboration skills • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight • High level of accountability, autonomy, and attention to detail • Strong visual judgment and accuracy in spelling and written content • Openness to feedback and ability to adapt to established brand guidelines • Advanced English proficiency • Ability to communicate clearly in writing, including occasional client communication via Slack or messaging tools • Reliable internet connection and personal laptop • Must be based in LATAM or The Caribbean Perks: • Performance-based bonus structure, including incentives tied to results and social media consistency • Paid time off of approximately 12–14 days per year (prorated during the first year) • Two-week Christmas bonus, prorated during the first year • USD base salary Time Zone: Eastern Time Schedule: Full-Time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Remote from LATAM or The Caribbean Only resumes submitted in English will be considered.
