Must have • Minimum 5 years of MAO [Manhattan Active OMNI] Technical and Functional Support experience • Minimum 5 years of Experience with MAO Configurations and Extensions • 5 10 years of Order Management and Fulfillment related Technical and Functional Support experience. • 5 10 years of Omni Channel / Retail domain experience • 3 5 years of SQL experience • Rest API testing experience using tools like Postman, JMeter, etc. • Good Analytical and Troubleshooting skills Preferred • 3 5 years of programming language experience like MuleSoft, Java, Golang, Dot Net, etc. • 3 5 years of SCI Report creation experienc
