JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a hands-on, strategic Lead Product Manager to build and scale a suite of reseller tools, with an initial focus on launching a cross-lister to streamline e-commerce resale for our buyers. This role will own the initiative end-to-end, from strategy and development to go-to-market execution. You will collaborate with your own managed development resources and existing B-Stock teams, to deliver a high-impact offering. This person will report directly to the Vice-President of Strategy and Business Operations. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Product Ownership: Define the product vision and strategy. Lead product management for the cross-listing tool and related buyer tools across the product lifecycle Strategic Roadmap Planning: Establish and maintain roadmap, prioritizing features and marketplaces based on business goals and customer needs Team: Partner with HR to budget and hire a team; manage and mentor a dedicated team of engineers Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal cross-functional B-Stock teams on strategy, architecture, and GTM, as needed Oversee & Optimize: Leverage analytics and customer insights to continuously improve the cross-lister and guide product decisions post-launch MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on e-commerce, marketplaces, and reseller tools You’re a hands-on, scrappy “builder” who is comfortable in a startup-like environment You have an owner mentality; this role requires end-to-end leadership You have experience working with distributed teams, including offshore developers and designers You are passionate about leveraging new technologies and AI to improve internal processes and customer tools PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience building and managing teams Experience in cross-listers, marketplaces, and/or e-commerce industry Experience in product-adjacent roles (marketing, engineering, UX) Strong familiarity with marketplace APIs and listing workflows The pay rate for this role will range between $170,000 to $200,000, per annum.
