We’re not about the boring, cookie-cutter walkthroughs—our focus is on scroll-stopping, viral videos that actually drive engagement. Position Overview We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy video editor who specializes in editing Instagram Reels and short-form content for real estate. Your work should look and feel like the viral edits you see on trending Instagram pages—not traditional long walkthroughs. Examples of the editing style we’re after: • https://www.instagram.com/reel/DKj6yEhAUJw/ • https://www.instagram.com/reel/DKb_FeLxRJJ/ • https://www.instagram.com/reel/DJJqppogUiZ/ • https://www.instagram.com/reel/DOG-kfFjbf1/ • https://www.instagram.com/reel/DNnuU-0xLuS/ What You’ll Do • Edit 15–45 second viral real estate Reels optimized for Instagram and TikTok • Incorporate fast cuts, trending audio, animated text, motion graphics, and bold transitions • Collaborate with our team to highlight property features in a fun, engaging way • Ensure all videos align with Instagram best practices (hooks in first 3 seconds, captions, vertical format, 9:16) • Deliver edits on time and be open to feedback/iteration Qualifications • Proven experience creating viral-style Instagram/TikTok Reels (portfolio required) • Strong knowledge of editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, CapCut, etc.) • Ability to match music/visuals with timing and emotional beats • Creative eye for storytelling and pacing • Knowledge of Instagram/TikTok trends, transitions, and engagement hacks • Real estate experience a plus, but not required What We’re Looking For • Creative storyteller with a sharp eye for detail • Trend-savvy editor who lives and breathes Reels/TikTok content • Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality • Professional, reliable, and responsive communication Job Type: Freelance Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
