Role Overview: As a Field Service Technician I, you will play a critical role in maintaining and servicing B. Braun’s medical equipment at client sites. Your expertise will ensure that devices operate safely and efficiently, supporting healthcare providers in delivering exceptional patient care. What You'll Do: - You will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment at various healthcare facilities. - You will troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize equipment downtime. - You will conduct routine inspections and calibrations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - You will document service activities accurately and maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance. - You will collaborate with the customer support team to address client concerns and provide technical guidance. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies and product updates. - You will adhere to all company policies and safety regulations while working on-site. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field service or technical support, preferably in the medical device industry. - Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations within the assigned territory. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with B. Braun medical equipment or similar healthcare technology. - Certification in biomedical equipment technology or related field. - Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FDA and ISO. - Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment analysis.
