This entry-level position involves working closely with healthcare providers to troubleshoot, repair, and install medical devices, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care. What You'll Do: - You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of medical equipment at customer sites. - You will troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic tools and manufacturer guidelines. - You will install new equipment and provide training to healthcare staff on proper usage. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance. - You will collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues. - You will ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities. - You will manage your schedule effectively to meet customer needs and service deadlines. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in field service or technical support, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry. - You have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. - You possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You have effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members. - You are comfortable working independently and managing your time efficiently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with medical device servicing or biomedical equipment. - Technical certifications related to electronics or medical technology. - Familiarity with software diagnostic tools and remote troubleshooting. - Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
