As an Account Manager Life Sciences, you'll turn innovative solutions - from PCR consumables to 2D-coded tubes and instruments - into real-world impact. Manage your own territory, collaborate with expert colleagues, and travel up to 50-60% while helping shape the future of research. What You'll Do... • Manage and grow customer accounts within your assigned territory: Northern CA & Pacific North-West • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to customers • Lead and close complex sales opportunities directly • Collaborate with other Azenta product line teams to offer complete solutions • Proactively identify and develop new leads and business opportunities • Support and partner with distributor representatives to drive sales • Serve as a trusted resource for customers and distributors, sharing product and company expertise What you will Bring... • Bachelor's Degree required (Biology or Life Sciences preferred) • 5 Years relevant experience in account management selling to various stakeholders in a lab environment in a designated region/ territory • Proven track record in meeting/ exceeding sales goals • Experience with and knowledge of the sample storage and/or molecular biology market is desirable. • Demonstrates keen business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing client relationships • Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders of internal and external organizations • Must have valid driver's license Working Conditions/ Schedule • Home office based (ideally San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA) • Frequent business travel (up to 50-60%) • Compensation will include incentive target plus car allowance. United States Base Compensation: $98,000.00 - $117,000.00 The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure.
