Job Description: • Support the Azelis Care organization in strengthening our position within the personal care industry • Enhance supplier relationships and optimize the ingredient portfolio • Deliver strategic market insights that fuel the success of our sales organization • Manage the portfolio of product lines by building internal and external relationships • Work with Sales Leaders and Principal Development Managers to support new business development and advance customer projects • Gather and organize market intelligence, competitor insights, and sales updates • Collaborate with the Demand Planning Lead to support supplier forecasting & inventory levels • Communicate proactively with cross-functional teams and identify improvement opportunities Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred • Experience within the personal care & cosmetics industry preferred • Prior experience in sales, commercial, or customer-facing roles • Experience working with cross-functional teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Solid negotiation capabilities • Strong presentation skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems and ERP platforms (Salesforce & Microsoft Dynamics D365) Benefits: • Full-time remote role • Need to be able to work outside standard business hours • Travel occasionally as needed
