Full Description

We’re seeking a creative and driven Brand & Sales Manager to help improve our brand and grow our sales channels—online and in person. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with clients, developing marketing strategies, and taking initiative in a small business environment. Responsibilities: • Manage and grow our online sales platforms, including website, social media, and marketplaces • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase brand awareness • Reach out to potential clients and maintain relationships with existing customers • Assist with in-store sales, providing expert guidance to clients on our rug collections • Collaborate with the team to create campaigns, promotions, and visual content • Track sales metrics and provide insights for improvement • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively in all interactions Requirements: • Motivated, self-driven, and able to take initiative in a small business environment • Strong communication and customer service skills • Experience with online sales, digital marketing, and social media platforms preferred • Ability to assist with in-store sales and engage with clients effectively • Professional appearance and attitude; must dress nicely for client interactions • Comfortable working in a team and independently Company DescriptionAzari Rug Gallery is a family-owned business specializing in high-quality, hand-knotted rugs.
