The Role We are seeking a self-driven IT Expert with a proven track record in IT and cybersecurity to develop and lead our IT department. This is a unique opportunity to shape our IT service offerings while working alongside our established security division. Key Responsibilities • Cybersecurity Management: Design and implement secure network infrastructures to protect against threats, breaches, and unauthorized access. • IT Infrastructure: Manage, monitor, and maintain IT systems and networks for peak performance and security. • Incident Response: Lead detection, response, and mitigation of cyber threats; conduct root-cause analysis. • Tools & Platforms: Implement and oversee network security tools (e.g., VMware, firewalls, monitoring systems). • Leadership: Mentor and manage a small IT team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning. What We’re Looking For • Experience: 5+ years in IT and cybersecurity management. • Expertise: Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, intrusion detection, and best practices. • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or related certifications are highly valued. • Mindset: Hands-on, analytical problem solver who thrives on building solutions and leading growth.
