Join Our Team! We are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals for full-time and part-time Retail Sales Associate positions. What Will You Do: • Store facing Retail Sales experience REQUIRED/ minimum of 1 year WITH PROVEN SUCCESS. • Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday for a full shift (8hrs) • Must be engaging with customers at all times • Clear, professional Communication • Upbeat, confident and personable • Self motivated and Disciplined What will you bring: • Previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Positive and professional demeanor • Previous sales • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation • Strong attention to details • Conscientious, team player Physical Demands: • Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the • May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run • May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time • May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing Pay Transparency: The commission rate for this opportunity ranges from $50k-$70k a year plus bonuses. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
