About the Role We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to join our team! As part of the AYOPA team, you’ll help maintain a variety of facilities across Central Florida — ensuring that each location reflects the quality and care our clients expect from us. Key Responsibilities • Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting. • Clean and restock restrooms, break areas, and common spaces. • Remove trash and maintain proper waste disposal procedures. • Refill supplies and report low inventory to your supervisor. • Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning products responsibly. • Communicate any maintenance or safety issues promptly. • Ensure all work areas are left neat, secure, and ready for daily use. What We’re Looking For • Prior janitorial or custodial experience is a plus (but not required — we’ll train the right person). • Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work. • Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Reliable transportation to and from work sites. • Willingness to follow company safety and uniform policies at all times.
