Full Description

Job Description: • Drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and offboarding. • Implement and refine processes that ensure consistent, high-quality HR support across the enterprise. • Build strong connections across AFS and Axonius to anticipate needs, solve challenges, and deliver growth-focused solutions. • Create repeatable HR programs leveraging tools, automation, and clear operating mechanisms for rapid growth and a consistent employee experience. • Simplify workflows, enhance self-service, and reduce complexity— leveraging AI where applicable. • Own end-to-end implementation of ADP (data migration, configuration, testing, launch, adoption) with integration across finance, IT, legal, and security; manage ATS data migration. • Define key metrics, implement reporting tools, and develop dashboards to uncover workforce trends and inform talent strategies. • Ensure audit readiness and adherence to federal/state regulations, including OFCCP requirements. • Develop risk mitigation strategies across HR services. • Take ownership of special projects in areas like leadership development, succession planning, total rewards, performance management, employee engagement, DEI initiatives, workforce planning, and learning & development—driving programs that strengthen our talent pipeline and organizational capability. Requirements: • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with strong HR operations and program management foundation. • Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas (excluding Talent Acquisition): HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, or Learning & Development. • Hands-on experience implementing and/or managing one or more of the following systems: HRIS, ATS and Payroll platforms (Greenhouse, ADP, Justworks , Lattice preferred). • Experience managing HR compliance for government contractors, ensuring conformity with legal, audit, and OFCCP obligations. • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with strong organizational and change management skills. • Strong capability in building HR metrics and dashboards; experience translating data into actionable insights. • Ability to manage data migration, configuration, testing, and adoption of HR systems. • Startup or high-growth environment experience. • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving initiatives with limited resources. • Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
