Position Overview This position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, growth-stage environments and a proven ability to turn enterprise customer needs and market insights into successful solutions. Experience with developer tooling, deep tech, and AI is strongly recommended. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap • Define and articulate product vision and strategy aligned to company and revenue goals. • Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis, serving as the subject matter expert of the platform value. • Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and feasibility. • Translate big ideas and themes into a clear, actionable roadmap of features, experiments, and research. Execution & Delivery • Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Demonstrate success leading growth initiatives and implementing product-led growth (PLG) frameworks to scale adoption and revenue. • Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features. • Manage backlog and support release planning. • Balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability and innovation. • Demonstrate strong journey mapping skills and craftsmanship, ensuring attention to detail in user-facing experiences. Customer & Market Focus • Serve as the voice of the customer to guide product decisions. • Gather and analyze feedback, adoption, and engagement metrics. • Use data-driven decision making, funnel analysis, and experimentation to optimize product performance. • Maintain a deep understanding of the product funnel and long-term impact of product changes. Cross-Functional Leadership • Act as the primary point of contact for your product area. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success for successful launches. • Build alignment across teams and influence without direct authority. • Provide natural leadership that motivates and inspires collaboration across functions.
