Job Description Axion Healthcare is seeking polished and experienced professionals for a BILINGUAL CHINESE/MANDARIN Customer Service Representative. The Telephonic Surveyor will be responsible for conducting phone based quality assurance surveys daily. This position requires an individual who is computer savvy, driven and well spoken. Must be able to meet daily/ hourly bench marks and must be available Full Time Days. Job Requirements • Experience as Clerical Assistant, File Clerk, Service Aide, or Receptionist. (Healthcare or Hospital experience preferred but not required) • Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Great typing and data entry skills. • Must be able to work with a team and individually. • Great communication skills and work ethic required.
