Role Overview: As a Network Engineer L3, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex data center and enterprise network environments. Your expertise will ensure robust, secure, and scalable network operations that support business objectives. What You'll Do: - You will architect and deploy advanced network solutions across data centers and enterprise environments. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to maintain high availability and performance. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design network infrastructure that meets business needs. - You will monitor network performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency. - You will manage network security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards. - You will document network configurations, processes, and changes for operational continuity. - You will provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior network engineers. - You will participate in network capacity planning and disaster recovery strategies. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on enterprise and data center environments. - Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, or similar network hardware and software. - Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies. - Experience with network security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS. - Ability to analyze and resolve complex network problems efficiently. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent. - Experience with cloud networking platforms like AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform. - Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Bash for network automation.
